We specially picked out a list of ingredients and curate each unique formula based on your order to suit each of your ideal body wash! By choosing each benefit you want your body wash to help you achieve, we can then choose the most ideal ingredients to be added into your soap. We cater to all skin types, such as sensitive, oily, dry etc. (Although all our ingredients are natural and suitable for all, we do recommend doing a patch test before use.)

All our products are handmade by us locally, and by doing so it allows us to control what goes into your products and enforces quality control. We have sensitive skin ourselves, and we understand that products sold on the shelves catered to this market can be quite boring, therefore we hope we can bring the fun back to bath time but at the same time ensuring that it’s safe (we test out our products on ourselves before we offer them to you!).
Our bath bombs and bubble bars are sold in a set of 2 (shapes and types can be mixed and matched), so kindly ensure that every order has 2 sets as an invalid amount will lead to an invalid order.

It is best used before 6 months starting from production date.

Our body wash has a shelf life of 1 year, starting from production date. Production date for each bottle will be stated on our “Thank You” card.

We provide a “Thank You” card for each body wash ordered, and on the card we print the recipient’s name and the various selections made for that body wash. At the back of the card, we do have a space for handwritten messages. Do let us know if you would like us to help you write a message, or you can write it yourself too!

Before adding to cart, there will be a box for you to fill out the recipient’s name and a short message. If it’s not a gift, you can leave it blank (or you can write a message to yourself too!).

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds for all orders. However, do drop us an email should there be a problem and we will try our best to assist you. Should a refund be required, do note that there will be a $1 processing fee.

As all our products are made to order, delivery time will be around 7-10 days. If you need your order by a certain date, do drop us an email and we will try our best to assist you.
